
As the world is going through positive development and modernization despite the health of human is being worse day by day due to industrialization and pollution many disease are killing us every second even air and food are not healthy, many food with chemical work as slow poison in our body like fast food like pizza, burger, pastry and the main problem in the human body is symptom of heart attack.Heart attack is one of the big problem of our health .According to the survey heart attack is found in the old age and fatty person but in the past few year person of early ages and middle age are also suffering from heart disease .So to reduce the problem today i have mentioned some food and tips for our long life.
