Before joining the gym we have to focus on home exercise daily for a couple month Because of daily exercise prepare you mentally and physically. This tip helps you a lot during gym and get rid of muscle pain. Daily pushup, chin up, sit up running helps a lot.

Membership is one of the best tricks to use. don’t give full payment for a year or half year. Always remember you are a beginner and you may not continue after a week or a month because of time, stress and a pain so starts with monthly payment this trick helps you to save money. Do not believe anyone except the trainer
Usually, what happens people believe in other and go according to other and waste their time, money and body remain the same after several efforts. Only believe in the trainer and do according to him. Sometimes people give you some sort of powder tablets in the name to bodybuilding. Focus on the trainer word what he wanted to tell you.

Avoid steroid
Everyone in the gym wants their muscular body fat and in this greed, they go through the steroid and damage their life, body and money. Avoiding steroid is the biggest challenge for beginners. Little knowledge is always dangerous. beginners somewhere heard about steroid and use this without getting full knowledge of steroid. They don’t know the harmful effect of steroid and use it without consulting family, trainer and doctor. I only say have a knowledge but do not use it until 20 and if your dream is to be pro bodybuilder then only use it consulting doctor.

Diet
The most important element during gym is proper diet. If you can’t focus on the diet then leave the gym, Having a gym without a proper diet is useless for the shaped body. For a shaped body we need to focus on 30% rest,40% diet and 30% training. In diet, we have to mainly focus on protein. We have to consume protein more than other like meat, egg white, soya bean, beans, milk etc.we have to eat more than 6000 calories daily but avoid fat.

Timing and Rest
Timing and Rest is also the important element during gym because during gym our muscle fibre breaks down and to recover that fibre we need a proper diet and rest. Average we need 7 to 8-hour rest for our full recovery and never do over the timing always fix you every exercise timing which helps you to the proper building of muscle.
