What is diabetes?

Diabetes is the condition where the person’s blood contains abnormally higher sugar level .insulin produce by the pancreas lower the blood glucose. Actually, there are two type of diabetes type 1 and type 2.

As every nutrient sugar(glucose)is also necessary for our body and it is controlled by the insulin production in the pancreas. Eating excessive amount of sugary food or lower sensitivity of insulin lead to diabetes.obesiry is the main problem of the ineffectiveness of the insulin. This disease is also identified normally by the sweet urine. According to the WHO, around 30 million people in the United state are suffered from diabetes and 7th leading cause of death in the united state is diabetes in recent year .and the treatment of this problem is so expensive and boring for foodie people .you have to control and change your whole life style and diet.

What is the main cause of diabetes?

The main cause of the diabetes is excessive amount of glucose in blood , low quantity of insulin and unhealthy lifestyle like laziness foodie habit.

What are the symptom of diabetes?

1)Sweet urine means diabetes suffered persons urine is sweet because of excessive amount of sugar in blood which look little bit white.

2)frequent urination:Due to diabetes person cause frequent urination which lead dehydration.

3)vomiting and nausea are also the symptom of dehydration.

4)weaken blurry eye sight and fatigue problem are seen in body.

5)heart pain is also the symptom of diabetes because of narrowing arteries.

How diabetes can be prevented?

1)Regular exercise

Regular exercise helps to avoid obesity and lean body lead to proper functioning of insulin and cell which avoid diabetes.

2)Intake of balance nutrients

Most people love sweets and sugary food more than other which create problem later on in form of diabetes so to avoid diabetes we have to be conscious about our food habit and consume all type of nutrient equal.

3)Consumption of more water

According to study , water helps to lower the risk of developing sugar level and keeps us healthy.

4)Prefer sugar free product

To avoid diabetes we have to avoid more sugar product and prefer sugar free product and sugar free sugar.

5)Regular checkup with doctor

Regular checkup gives us our time to time health condition and we can do according to report .

Any abnormal activity change in our body can’t be easily let it go.small to small problem our body can be symptom of big disease so regular checkup and healthy lifestyle is must.
